11 a side squads
Howden AFC field 11 a side teams at the following age groups: U11, U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16. All junior teams are members of the Hull Boys' Sunday League, or the Selby & District Junior Football League
The club also runs 3 Senior (open age) teams in the Humber Premier League and East Riding County League.
In addition there are also 2 Veterans (Over 36) teams who are members of the Hull & District Veterans League.
