11 a side squads Howden AFC field 11 a side teams at the following age groups: U11, U12, U13, U14 and U15. All junior teams are members of the Hull Boys' Sunday League, with the exception of U11 and U13 who play in the Selby & District Junior Football League The club also runs enior (open age) teams in the Humber Premier League and East Riding County League.
